His production, characterized by the &#8220;solera&#8221; technique, finds its maximum expression in &#8220;Santa Teresa 1796, Ron Antiguo de Solera&#8221;. The blend is composed of vintages ranging from 4 years of maturation up to 35 and clearly, since it is impossible to establish the precise ripening of rum, the company avoids to put years to indicate aging.<\/p>\n<p>It has a beautiful dark amber color with copper reflections.
