The village of Caldaro, located along the wine road, is one of the most important vineyards in South Tyrol. Here, halfway between the lake of the same name and the village, the main estate of the farm is: Castel Ringberg. The vineyard surrounds the imposing castle, overlooking the scenic landscape overlooking the lake.
South Tyrol is located in the wine region most north of Italy, in the southern part of the Alpine arch. The grapes are pressed in a soft manner and the must undergoes static clarification. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 \u00b0 C. The wine then refines for several months on its yeast in stainless steel containers.<\/p>\n
The Sauvignon strikes with its decided straw yellow and an aromatic bouquet of smells of ripe gooseberry, elderberry berries and delicate herbaceous notes. The elegant structure and balanced acidity blend in an absolutely inviting finish. Great both as a fresh aperitif or as an accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes.<\/p>\n
