The wine process begins with alcoholic fermentation in tanks of steel and aging; we continue with the creation of the cuv\u00e9e through the assembly of noble reserve wines from the best vintages. The production ends with a further refinement of 25 months on the yeasts and the degorgement in the absence of oxygen through an exclusive passage of Ca &#8216;del Bosco.<\/p>\n<p>The bright straw yellow color is enriched by hints of white flowers, yellow pulp fruit, herbs and pastries.
