Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 \u00b0 C. The wine then ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel containers. The M\u00fcller Thurgau is presented in a soft straw-yellow color, and impresses with its pleasant notes of aromatic herbs, nutmeg and hints of apricot.
