Lucio Mosole shares the opinion that wine is born in the vineyard and then evolves and matures in the cellar. He went to France, Piedmont and Tuscany, to activate a professional comparison with companies of great prestige and thus refine the path that leads him to the superior quality viticulture that still distinguishes him today.<\/p>\n
The cellar, modernly equipped and adjacent to the vineyards, includes the winemaking department, the bottling and wine storage room. Since 2003 the company has expanded the structure with an underground cellar capable of housing more than 500 barriques for the aging of the crus. All the cultivation, care and vinification processes are strictly and personally followed by Lucio Mosole who dedicates privileged space to tasting in the large and welcoming tavern of his home, which respects the architectural style of the farmhouses of our territory.<\/p>\n
In the province of Venice, in the easternmost area on the border with Friuli stands the Tenuta Mosole whose main access is located right along the \u201cStrada dei Vini\u201d, a well-known wine-cultural tourist route. The characteristics of the soil are the result of ancient floods, frequent changes of riverbed and differentiated deposits of clay particles which, at modest depths, form deposits of carbonates, precious precisely to give typicality and intensity of aromas to the wine.<\/p>\n
Ribolla Gialla Mosole has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose gives sensations of freshness and good complexity, capturing floral notes, apple and lemon leaves. In the mouth it is harmonious, delicate, supported by good acidity.<\/p>\n
