In 2000 Emanuele Vittorio and his wife Luciana Sabino founded the \u201cAntiche Cantine Migliaccio\u201d estate. Keeping to the old traditions while using modern winemaking, and for some years now with the skills of oenologist Vincenzo Mercurio, they make wines that can fairly be called unique, thanks to the soil and climate of this remarkable place.<\/p>\n
Fieno di Ponza Rosato IGT Lazio comes from Piedirosso grown on sandy soils of volcanic origin, facing south to south-west. It shows an elegant onion-skin pink and stands out for its limited production of around 1,000 bottles, a mark of quality and rarity.<\/p>\n
The nose opens on delicate floral scents of rose and magnolia. The palate is pleasant, with clear echoes of Mediterranean scrub and a persistent floral note that lifts its freshness. Ideal with lobster and shellfish, it shows the best of the sea.<\/p>\n
