Loved for its bright, captivating ruby red colour. Its fresh, lively, velvety flavour lifts the spirits and warms the desire for good company. Made by red winemaking: the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then macerated and fermented on the skins at controlled temperature for a few hours (36\u201348) at around 16 \u00b0C, followed by pressing. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave to develop the sparkle (up to an overpressure of 4 bar) at controlled temperature for 20 days at around 16 \u00b0C. When fermentation is complete the wine is stabilised by chilling to \u22124 \u00b0C, then micro-filtered and bottled. It then rests in the bottle for a few weeks. Light ruby red in colour, lively and bright with faint pink glints and an abundant, lasting mousse. Clean, complex and aromatic on the nose, with hints of rose, raspberry, cherry and spice. Delicately sweet on the palate, full but never cloying thanks to a pleasant savouriness, with a long aftertaste.<\/p>\n
