Marc Chagall was a Russian painter of Jewish origin who became a naturalised French citizen. His works draw heavily on Russian folk life, and they include several pieces created for religious and civic buildings.<\/p>\n
It was the stained-glass windows of a cathedral, painted by Chagall, that captured Giulio Menegatti\u2019s eye and heart. The result is excellent: a champagne with a perfect balance of elegance and taste, refined in its red-fruit nose and crisp on the palate. Cuv\u00e9e Les Amoureuses<\/h3>\n
A white from red grapes, Les Amoureuses is a champagne made from single-varietal Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and a blend of two grape varieties typical of champagne. We are in the villages of Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger, classified Premier Cru: the Chardonnay grapes grown here are renowned for their crystal-clear purity and for the unmistakable aromas that come from the depth of the chalky marl soil. Cuv\u00e9e La Jolie Fillette<\/strong><\/h3>\nProduced in the area south of Reims, between the villages of A\u00ff and Dizy, La Jolie Fillette champagne has classic French charm, with a perfect balance of aroma and minerality. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes come from well-exposed plots with deep limestone marl.
