Delivery times<\/h2>\n

Parcels are usually dispatched within the next working day<\/b> after payment is received, and handed to an express courier with no signature required on delivery. Using the link you receive by e-mail you can track the shipment directly on the courier’s website.<\/p>\n

Deliveries within Italy normally take 1\u20132 working days<\/b> (3 for islands and remote areas). At peak times for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, delays are possible.<\/p>\n

Shipping abroad<\/h2>\n

Orders from within the European Union are handled as orders from private customers (the VAT exemption for EU businesses does not apply).<\/p>\n

Orders from outside the EU are possible only from the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Customers outside the EU complete the order without paying VAT but are responsible for any customs duties payable on delivery; the exception is the United States, for which customs duties are included in the shipping cost.<\/p>\n

Orders from outside the EU can only be placed by private individuals, not by businesses: orders received from businesses will be cancelled, with any transaction charges withheld. The system automatically calculates international shipping costs based on the destination and the weight of the order, customs clearance included.<\/p>\n

On delivery<\/h2>\n

Check the parcel before accepting it.<\/b> Make sure there are no obvious signs of damage to the contents (stains on the box, the sound of broken glass, and so on). If one or more parcels look compromised, you can accept the order subject to verification<\/b>, noting the problems on the courier’s delivery form.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

MyWineStore is not liable for any loss suffered by the customer because of delays in delivery.<\/p>\n

Returns and right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n
