Les Crêtes was founded in 1989 in Aymavilles by Costantino Charrère, who with foresight and determination created one of the most important winemaking realities in the Aosta Valley. Costantino's contribution was providential in renewing Aosta Valley viticulture and elevating it to an international level.

Les Cretes is coordinated by the Charrère family, which for five generations has been inextricably linked to the production of high-quality wine. The company currently has about 25 hectares of vineyards cultivated with international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero, Syrah, and native vines such as Petite Arvine, Mayolet, Cornalin, Fumin, Petit Rouge and Nebbiolo. The annual production of Les Crêtes wines is around 200,000 bottles produced.

The vinification of Petite Arvine Les Crêtes is a delicate and careful process, in fact it is a traditional late-ripening grape variety that aims to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grapes. After a manual harvest and a careful selection of the bunches, the grapes are softly pressed to obtain a high-quality must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to avoid oxidation and preserve the freshness of the wine. A short aging on fine yeasts enhances the aromatic complexity and structure of the wine.

Petite Arvine Les Crêtes has an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of young and fresh wines. The nose opens up to a broad and complex bouquet, with fruity notes of pink grapefruit, white peach and pineapple, enriched by floral nuances of hawthorn and acacia. The minerality is evident, with hints of flint and pumice. On the palate it is characterized by a good acidity, which balances the sweetness, and a mineral flavor that prolongs the finish. The structure is light and agile, with fine and velvety tannins.

Serve between 8 and 10 ° C.
