Amarone Pietro Dal Cero with wooden case

Amarone della Valpolicella Pieetro dal Cero, Cà dei Frati is dedicated to the father of the current owners of the winery, born in overtime of the Valpolicella area, to reiterate its history and savor the taste of those places. It's produced with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina, cultivated in the vineyards Pian Castagnè, the Verona Hills. After a period of drying in 4 months box, the grapes are macerated in steel with prolonged contact. Then the wine is aged in barrels for 24 months, then aged for 12 months in steel and aged for at least 24 months in bottle before release.

The ruby red color steals with his timbre and intensity. Fruit is exuberant with a pleasant sour cherry that merges with hints of chocolate and sweet spices. The fineness elevates the floral component and the purple rose. balsamic notes emerge more and more convincingly, with notes of star anise and wild mint.
