Founded in the heart of Valpolicella in 1925, the Monte Zovo farm of the Cottini family has followed a path of constant growth and innovation. From a small family business dedicated to the cultivation of different varieties, it has specialized in the production of high-quality wines, exporting its products all over the world. The acquisition of new land and the adoption of cutting-edge viticultural techniques have helped consolidate the company's reputation internationally.

Monte Zovo Terralbe Lugana DOC 2023 is born from the vines in a healthy and natural way, at Tenuta Le Civaie a training system called "Guyot" is used. It's a bit like building a small espalier for each plant, so that it receives the right amount of sun and air. Furthermore, natural cultivation methods are preferred, without resorting to chemicals that are harmful to the environment. Tenuta Le Civaie is very attentive to nature. For this reason, it has obtained a special certification that attests to its respect for biodiversity. In practice, this means that they take care of all the animals and plants that live in the vineyard, creating a small ecosystem in balance.

Monte Zovo Terralbe Lugana DOC 2023 presents itself to the eye with a bright and crystalline straw color. On the nose, notes of white pepper, citrus and white peach can be distinguished, with a hazelnut background. In the mouth it is fresh and mineral, with a clean and persistent finish. Ideal to accompany delicate fish-based dishes or fresh cheeses.
