Cuvée Extra Dry Borgo Molino 6 Bottles

The company, founded in 1922, is located in Roncadelle, in the heart of the Treviso area, close to the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Sergio Nardin passed on his experience and passion for the vineyard to his sons Paolo, the winemaker who follows the production, and Pietro who coordinates the commercial aspect. The wines offered by the Borgo Molino estate come from the management of over 100 hectares of vineyards. The lands of the estates in the Treviso area are characterized by a particular subsoil composition which makes them suitable for the production of white and red wines, known for their fragrance and harmony. The cellar, modernly structured, is equipped with the best technology for the production of wines, in order to preserve and enhance the characteristics of the grapes to offer a high quality product.

Cuvée Extra Dry from the Borgo Molino estate carries out a 100% vinification of Glera grapes, the grapes come from vineyards located in the Trevenezie area, in a very suitable territory. The winemaking phase involves soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperatures of a maximum of 15°C in steel tanks. Fermentation and second fermentation take place for at least 45 days in special pressure-tight containers. The method used is the Charmat method which is developed in traditional times and methods.

Cuvée Extra Dry from the Borgo Molino estate is a sparkling wine of refined elegance, with a bright straw yellow colour, with elegant and persistent perlage, on the nose the aromas are delicate and pleasant, on the palate the flavor is fragrant, balanced and fresh, with good aromatic persistence.
