Winery founded in 1947 by Umberto Bortolotti driven by an entrepreneurial enthusiasm linked to his land. Now the winery is expertly guided by Bruno and Daniele Bortolotti who follow in the founder's footsteps with seriousness and wisdom. The winery is located in the Valdobbiadene area between the Alps and Venice.

Fragrant, harmonious wine with a not too excessive perlage.

The Prosecco Magnum 47 Valdobbiadene Extra Dry carries out the sparkling process in an autoclave. The must stored in refrigerated tanks at a temperature close to 0°C is placed directly in an autoclave where, fermenting at 10° – 11° C, it evolves into sparkling wine. Refrigeration and filtration precede sterile bottling. Subsequent refinement in bottle for 4 – 5 months.
