Superior Ripasso Valpolicella Morandina

Graziano Prà is responsible for the affirmation of the family winery, already thanks to the activity undertaken by his father and grandfather, but it is he who makes the area between Monte Grande and Monte Bisson the homeland of Soave famous internationally, up to the beautiful history of the Morandina vineyard in Valpolicella. Thanks to its dedication to the territory and the enhancement of native vines such as Garganega, today the Soave DOC is appreciated by wine lovers at all latitudes.

Ripasso Valpolicella Morandina Graziano Prà is produced with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes grown organically in the Mezzene Tregnago area with a south-east exposure and an altitude of 450 m asl. he vinification technique is the typical one of the Valpolicella wine ripassa on the Amarone marc, and in this case for 5 days. It is aged for 12 months in Allier tonneaux.

Ripasso Valpolicella Morandina Graziano Prà has a ruby red color with violet reflections; rich on the palate with marked hints of ripe cherries, blackberries, spices. On the palate it is opulent, fruity, velvety while maintaining a freshness that invites drinking and finally a good length.
