The Pinot Noir Rosato Extra Brut 2018 Bortolotti is a brand new charmat method sparkling wine signed by Bruno Bortolotti which is not new in the creation of bubbles of great thickness produced with the Martinotti method. It has a beautiful pink with coppery reflections, hints of rose and spices, good structure and green fruity notes with an elegant perlage.

Cantine Bortolotti is located in Veneto, the heritage of a territory that has always been suited to the production of high quality sparkling wines. Between the Alps and Venice, where it works in harmony with the land: every gesture of the work refers to the tradition and culture of the place; the climate and the soil give a level contribution to the goodness of the grapes.

Bortolotti Pinot Noir Rosato Extra Brut 2018 is produced with 100% Pinot Noir from vineyards located in the Trentino area of Villazzano and Povo characterized by a soil of morainic and alluvial origin at an altitude between 300-600 a.s.l. After the strictly manual harvest, the grapes are softly pressed and then undergo a static decantation and subsequent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and filtration. Towards the end of March the second fermentation takes place and a permanence on the yeast for 18 months and an aging in the bottle for another 18 months.
Produced in a small number, 1632 Magnum.

Bortolotti Pinot Noir Rosato Extra Brut 2018 has an antique pink color with coppery reflections, an elegant nose with hints of rose, blackcurrant and spices. In the mouth it is elegant and structured with sensations of green fruit and a good persistence.
