The history of the Zamuner farm began more or less in the 80's when the founder Daniele, conscientious of his great passion and determined to realize his dream, had the courage to try his hand at this magnificent enterprise. In fact, his story begins in the 70s when during a trip to France he goes to the Champagne enological institute and thanks to his charisma he reveals the secrets of the '' Methode Champenoise ''. To date, the engineer has given a great test of his skills thanks to his determination, who despite having no family tradition in winemaking and not even the slightest experience in the sector or training has managed to put a brand (Zamuner) to one of the most high and prestigious levels in the production of Italian sparkling wines.

The Blanc de Noirs Millessimato 2011 from the Zamuner winery is a quality sparkling wine made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier grapes, these quantities give a note of freshness and fine delicacy to this sparkling wine.
