The Bisol are a family of wine growers on the prestigious Cartizze hill, in the heart of the area of ​​excellence of Prosecco, for 5 centuries now. Numerous historical evidences mark the beginning of the entrepreneurial activity in 1542, but more recently a thriving trade was founded by Eliseo Bisol. Since then, production has never stopped, and apart from a moment of difficulty during the First World War, from the 20s of the last century the company began to develop and expand with Desiderio Bisol, son of Elisha. It is he who structures the company in a functional and organized way, entrusting four strategic sectors to his four children. From that moment on, a structured and modern work began in experimenting with new techniques in the vineyard, and in acquiring the best vineyards in the steepest and most impervious, but best exposed and therefore suitable for improving the high quality of the wines. Today the Bisol farm extends for 177 hectares divided into 35 farms on the steep hills that go from Valdobbiadene to Conegliano. In particular, the 3 hectares managed by Bisol on the prestigious Cartizze hill add a spearhead between the family estates, thanks to the altitude of 300 meters and the excellent exposure that favors the highest quality grapes. The philosophy of the prestigious winery remains the continuous search for the best techniques in the vineyard without losing its relationship with the land, and its values, convinced that the Prosecco of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area has nothing to envy to the most famous French Champagne.

Cult is Belstar's Prosecco DOC produced with the best Glera grapes of the estate, in a hilly portion of the vineyard where elegant and refined quality wines are born. Ideal as an aperitif with light appetizers, or with typical vegetarian dishes.
