Anyone who wants to approach this fine wine cannot fail to know the cellar of via Cerè in Negrar in the province of Verona, surrounded by vineyards that are cultivated with the necessary precautions on every little detail that makes Quintarelli wines the maximum expression of the best wine tradition of our country. With the arrival of his daughter Fiorenza, significant innovations have been made that have further consolidated the reputation of the winery in the world with its 12 hectares of vineyards owned in Sant'Ambrogio, in the renowned Conca d'Oro, Montorio and Valgatara. Elegance and complexity are the basis of the production that carries a great and inimitable cultural heritage, as well as wine.

Valpolicella by Quintarelli Giuseppe has been the absolute reference of all Valpolicella since the early 1900s. The vines grown to produce it are Corvina, Rondinella and the international Cabernet variety. The grapes are harvested manually in wooden boxes and brought to vinification in the ancient cellars, followed by the fermentation phase with indigenous yeasts for 7-8 days. The subsequent aging takes place for 60 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by bottling. An excellent wine especially if accompanied with red meat dishes and blue cheeses.
