Prosecco extra dry

The Prosecco Brut Tenuta Sant’Anna is distinguished from the "twin" Prosecco Extra Dry for its dryness and freshness, while maintaining intact the characteristic aromatic notes of the Glera grapes with which the two sparkling wines are produced.

The sparkling process (Charmat Method) begins with the manual harvesting of the bunches, de-stemmed and softly pressed, and continues with the vinification in steel at a controlled temperature; Prosecco Brut is ready to surprise with every sip.

The pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections contains multiple floral and fruity fragrances that recall acacia flowers, rennet apples and citrus notes. A pleasant acidity mixed with creaminess and freshness.
