Morandina Valpolicella

Graziano Prà is responsible for the affirmation of the family winery, already thanks to the activity undertaken by his father and grandfather, but it is he who makes the area between Monte Grande and Monte Bisson the homeland of Soave famous internationally, up to the beautiful history of the Morandina vineyard in Valpolicella. Thanks to its dedication to the territory and the enhancement of native vines such as Garganega, today the Soave DOC is appreciated by wine lovers at all latitudes.

The Valpolicella DOC Morandina by Graziano Prà is a wine from organic farming that fully expresses the wine-producing territory of the province of Verona from which it comes from the cultivation of native black-grape vines Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta at 450 meters above sea level. The grapes undergo a slight withering for 20 days, followed by crushing and destemming, and vinification with délestage and alcoholic fermentation with malolactic fermentation in vertical steel vats, then aged in small oak barrels for 3/6 months. Hence the aroma of red fruits, the pleasant minerality and the long persistence on the palate typical of this excellent wine.
