Colombara

Il Colombara is a Soave DOC from the Venetian company Zenato, the soul of Lugana and the heart of Valpolicella. Produced in the towns of Soave and Monforte, this white wine comes from the union of Garganega and Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand and subjected to soft pressing and fermentation in steel.

The result is a very versatile wine, perfect for serving throughout the meal or as an aperitif.

The Soave Classico Colombara shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and an intense aroma of fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it reveals a good body, slightly aromatic, along with freshness and pleasant sensations of delicacy.
