Valpolicella

Among the most representative wineries of Italian excellence Dal Forno takes its origins in the Valle d'Illasi where the Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta grapes are able to express the best.

From the 2002 vintage, the grapes that become Valpolicella undergo a withering of about a month and a half. The result is an intense and aromatic wine. On the palate there are notes of vanilla, blueberry, blackberry and cherries, chocolate and spices and finally jam.
