From red marc of Cabernet, Merlot and Raboso distilled from fresh with a still with discontinuous distillation in copper boilers. Vinous, vigorously barricaded. The quality of the 20 seasons far exceeded expectations. At the base of this great result there is a classic artisan management of the processing phases with the addition of the great desire to obtain a great product: distillation in copper boilers of marcs from cabernet, merlot and raboso grapes. Aging in 225 liter barrique of virgin oak with low alcohol content to avoid subsequent additions of distilled water that alter the distillate.
Constant control over time by extracting small samples to analyze the olfactory and gustatory evolution. The result is undoubtedly a masterpiece of elegance. On the palate it is both full and full of vigorous tannins.
