American Prairie Bourbon

The High West Distillery is a young distillery that has been able to conquer the attention of Bourbon enthusiasts in a short time. Founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins who decided to radically change their lifestyle and create something new also driven by an experience lived during a visit to a distillery which definitively motivated the choice to create a project that linked skills acquired and passion. Thus first with the opening of the High Wst Saloon inspired by the Old West saloons, subsequently with the first distillery authorized by the state of Utah since 1870. An internationally recognized adventure already in 2016 when they were recognized as the best distillery of the year according to Whiskey Advocate, a distillery that combines the historical tradition of the typical Utah distillate with new recipes and experiments in search of the perfect recipe for exceptional Whiskeys.

American Prairie High West whiskey has a deep amber color with a complex nose where notes of caramel and vanilla emerge clearly. Strong on the palate with a dark, earthy aroma and then sweetness with notes of nougat, honey and corn biscuits.
