Terre Vineate di Palazzone is a prestigious Orvieto Classico Superiore DOC, produced by the Palazzone farm, located in Rocca Ripesena, near Orvieto. This wine represents the most authentic expression of the Orvieto terroir, an area with a long history of winemaking and a great vocation for the production of quality white wines. Terre Vineate is a blend of native vines, mainly Procanico and Grechetto, grown in the Palazzone vineyards, located in the heart of the Orvieto Classico Superiore production area. The soils, of volcanic origin and rich in tuff, give the wine unique and distinctive characteristics, such as minerality and flavor. The vinification of Terre Vineate is taken care of down to the smallest details, from the selection of the grapes to the fermentation and refinement. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, to preserve their integrity and quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to enhance the aromas and scents of the wine. The refinement takes place partly in steel and partly in oak barrels, to give the wine greater complexity and structure.

Terre Vineate has an intense straw yellow color and a complex and elegant aroma, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, wild flowers and mineral hints. On the palate, the wine is dry, structured and balanced, with good acidity and a long aromatic persistence. The finish is characterized by a pleasant note of bitter almond. Terre Vineate pairs perfectly with fish dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses and delicate first courses. Thanks to its structure and complexity, it can also be enjoyed alone, as a meditation wine.
