The Plantation collection was born from the passion for Rum and Cognac of the French entrepreneur Alexandre Gabriel, who in 1989 came across Maison Ferrand, a prestigious company of spirits and liqueurs. From this happy meeting the opportunity arises to intercept the best plantations and the best Caribbean rums, products for personal use or to raise the quality of other assemblies, creating an ad hoc line of vintage Rums with unique characteristics and expression of excellence in the art of this distillate. The Rum Plantation are aged in the Caribbean, exposed to the typical hot and humid climate, to then be brought to France where they are carefully refined to enhance elegance and personality. Today Alexandre Gabriel is the owner and president of Maison Ferrand and continues to experiment with Gin, Cognac and Rum with unique and inimitable flavors.

The Plantation Trinidad is a Rum that expresses all the flavor of Trinidad, distilled in 2008, aged on the Caribbean island for its first 7/8 years in ex bourbon barrels, to then be aged for 3 more years in the Maison's Cognac barrels Ferrand.
