Sauvignon blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc Alois Lageder gives proof of the winery's winemaking skills and how passion, commitment and respect for nature lead to high quality products. The 100% Sauvignon grapes, following a careful selection, are processed through soft pressing, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and refinement on fine lees for 4 months.

The light yellow color with greenish reflections releases the scents of gooseberry, sambuca and nettle leaf to the nose; the taste, consequently aromatic, is balanced, rightly acid and fruity.
