Cabernet Riserva

Alois Lageder is dedicated to the production of quality wines through a strong respect for the territory and for the natural processes that favor the growth of healthy and rich grapes. the Cabernet Reserve, perfectly reflects the company philosophy, arriving at the table with all its body. The production begins with the selection of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and then continues in the cellar through alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel and aging in oak barrels for 18 months.

The result is an intense red already at the first glance: the cherry-colored with ruby reflections gives off to the nose aromas of berries, black pepper and leather for a round, fruity taste and, in the end, pleasantly fresh.
