The grapes are picked up by hand and placed in small containers that keep it intact. The grapes are then destemmed and fermented at controlled temperature in oak barrels,
where malolactic fermentation also occurs. The aging process takes place in barriques for 12 months, followed by subsequent ripening for another two months in large oak barrels. After bottling, which is done after 14 months, a further aging period of about one year is planned.

It has a ruby red, with intense purple shades; the delicate nose, the intense violet notes of violet, fruity notes of blueberry and blackcurrant. On the palate it has a decided taste, with a typical tannins, very well managed; in the end, a touch of bitter cocoa in which delicious berries prevail.
