Maglen

The grapes are picked up by hand and placed in small containers that keep it intact. The fermentation of the must takes place at controlled temperature (28 ° C), in large oak barrels with a submerged grape hatch adjustment system, which preserves it
to the maximum of the aromas and to obtain a more intense color. Aging / ripening: aging in barriques for 11 months and in oak barrels for a few weeks. After bottling, a further aging of the wine bottle is expected for a minimum of 6 months.

It has a ruby red with garnet nuances; the nose features spices, cherry, marasca, berries. On the palate it is fruity, delicate but persistent, elegant, with a good fruity tannic structure.
