The Conti Bossi Fedrigotti family lives in Trentino for almost 600 years and has over 300 grown the vine with love and professionalism. In the many generations of Bossi Fedrigotti viticoltori, stands out the enterprising and far-sighted figure of Count Federico, the father of the current owners, who fifty years ago created the Fojaneghe, the first Bordeaux cut in Italy, still an icon of noble caste, and which gave Great momentum for the production of the wines of the company. In its name, therefore, the Spumante Trento Doc Classic Method is dedicated, a new product that completes the range of the noble and historic family.

It is presented with intense yellow color with golden reflections. Perlage fine and persistent. The fragrant nose, aromas of bread combined with cream, orange peel and spice. On delicate delicate palate, sustained acidity, in excellent balance with apple flavors and peach.
