It presents itself with a chromatic dress of an intense straw yellow, embellished with golden reflections that testify to its maturation and richness. The perlage is fine, persistent and continuous, forming a delicate and creamy foam that underlines its elegance. At the first olfactory approach, the Crémé Demi Sec Cuvée Millesimata by Villa Rinaldi unfolds a complex and layered bouquet. Initially, notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit are perceived, such as Golden apple and Williams pear, which blend harmoniously with citrus hints of lemon peel and pink grapefruit, bringing liveliness and freshness.
