Perlé Nero

Perlé Nero is the first and only Blanc de Noirs from the renowned Ferrari winery, made using the classic method of producing sparkling wine and maturing only Pinot Noir grapes for about six years. A long process that gives life to a unique bubble with a great personality.

The golden color is accompanied by multiple aftertaste full of elegance and persistence; a sensory journey between fruity and mineral notes, up to toasted hints that characterize Perlé Nero as a creamy and surprisingly savory sparkling wine.
