Brut Metodo Classico Trento DOC by Terre Dell'Orso represents excellence in the production of Italian sparkling wines. Coming from the cool hills of Trentino, this sparkling wine best expresses the characteristics of the territory and the mastery of the producers. The vineyards of Terre Dell'Orso are located in hilly areas characterized by a cool and breezy climate, with southern exposure. The soil, rich in limestone and clay, gives the sparkling wine a good structure and a pleasant minerality. Production takes place according to the traditional classic method, with a long fermentation in the bottle on the yeasts. This process gives the sparkling wine finesse, complexity and a persistent perlage. After disgorging, the sparkling wine is further refined in the bottle for a few months, before being marketed.

Brut Terre Dell'Orso has a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, there are notes of white pulp fruit (apple, pear), citrus (citron, grapefruit), white flowers and light hints of brioche and yeast. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, with good acidity and a savory and persistent finish. Brut Terre Dell'Orso is a versatile sparkling wine, perfect as an aperitif, but also to accompany fish dishes, shellfish and white meats.
