Produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from the Pian di Castello vineyard, Masetto Privè stands out for its finesse and aromatic complexity. Fermentation takes place partly in French oak barrels, giving the wine spicy and toasted notes that blend harmoniously with the fruity and floral aromas typical of Chardonnay. The production of Masetto Privè strictly follows the classic method, with a long aging on the lees that enhances the complexity and elegance of the wine. The disgorgement à la volée, carried out manually, guarantees a fine and persistent effervescence. Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. Complex and enveloping on the nose, with notes of bread crust, dried fruit, vanilla and spices. Balanced and persistent taste, with good acidity that balances the structure. The same olfactory sensations are found on the palate, enriched by mineral notes and a pleasant sensation of freshness. Masetto Privè is a versatile wine that lends itself to numerous gastronomic pairings. It excels in combination with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, mature cheeses and white meats.
