The Brut Rosé Trento DOC by Terre dell'Orso is a refined and complex expression of Trentino viticulture, the result of careful work in the vineyard and rigorous winemaking. This rosé sparkling wine, produced exclusively with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the company's vineyards located in the heart of Trentino, stands out for its elegance and persistence of the perlage, its aromatic richness and its balanced structure. The production of Brut Rosé Trento DOC by Terre dell'Orso involves a white vinification of Pinot Noir grapes, which give the wine its characteristic pink color, and Chardonnay, which provide structure and elegance. After alcoholic fermentation, the base wine is subjected to secondary fermentation in an autoclave according to the classic method, with aging on the yeasts for at least 24 months.

Pale pink color, bright and luminous, with cobalt reflections. Very fine and persistent perlage, forms a collar of dense and creamy bubbles. Complex and enveloping aroma, with fruity notes of small red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and citrus fruits, enriched by delicate floral nuances of rose and hawthorn. In the background, pleasant hints of yeast and bread crust emerge, typical of refermentation in the bottle. Dry, fresh and savoury taste, with a good structure and a long and persistent aftertaste. The same olfactory sensations are found on the palate, with a predominance of red fruit and citrus notes. The fine and persistent bubbles enhance the freshness and liveliness of the wine, while the minerality gives a pleasant sensation of depth. This rosé sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but it also lends itself to accompany delicate dishes based on fish, shellfish, white meats and fresh cheeses. It is perfect for celebrating special occasions and to accompany a refined meal.
