Brut Endrizzi

The Endrizzi winery is "the historic winery of Trentino" a true wine heritage. Founded in 1885 by Francesco and Angelo Endrici, when this territory was still part of the Austro-Hungarian kingdom. The company has contributed significantly to the development of local viticulture, the historic vineyards, located on morainic soils, are the basis for the production of wines of great structure and complexity. The Endrici family (Endrizzi in dialect), always committed to the enhancement of the territory, has been able to pass on to posterity a passion and expertise that can be found in every bottle.

Made exclusively with fine Chardonnay grapes, Endrizzi Brut is a Trentodoc that embodies the tradition of the Classic Method. Aged on the lees for a minimum of 24 months, this sparkling wine expresses an aromatic complexity and a finesse on the palate that make it an ideal companion for any occasion. The well-balanced flavor, combined with a lively freshness, evokes the Alpine breezes of the Dolomites, offering a unique and unforgettable sensory experience. A refined aperitif, perfect for celebrating every moment.

To the eye it has a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that recall spring, in the mouth a harmony of flavors, where freshness blends with softness, creating a perfect balance. On the palate you can perceive notes of green apple, pear and a light touch of citrus, all accompanied by a pleasant minerality. On the nose it releases a delicate and refined bouquet, with hints of white flowers, citrus fruits (grapefruit and lemon), bread crust and a light touch of aromatic herbs.
