The Endrizzi winery is "the historic winery of Trentino" a true wine heritage. Founded in 1885 by Francesco and Angelo Endrici, when this territory was still part of the Austro-Hungarian kingdom. The company has contributed significantly to the development of local viticulture, the historic vineyards, located on morainic soils, are the basis for the production of wines of great structure and complexity. The Endrici family (Endrizzi in dialect), always committed to the enhancement of the territory, has been able to pass on to posterity a passion and expertise that can be found in every bottle.

Piancastello Riserva born from a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, expresses the maximum expression of the terroir. Aged on the lees for at least 36 months, it develops a unique aromatic complexity, characterized by notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and delicate floral nuances. At sight it is bright straw yellow in color with delicate and persistent bubbles. On the palate it is silky and enveloping, with a fine and persistent perlage that creates a pleasant play of sensations. The structure is balanced and harmonious, with a long and lasting finish that leaves a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

A versatile wine, perfect to accompany refined aperitifs, delicate fish dishes and white meats, but also to celebrate special moments. Its elegance and refinement make it an ideal companion for any occasion.
