Vintage 2002: The Perlé Ferrari Trento DOC 2002 has an antique golden yellow with copper reflections. On the nose, aromas of the tertiary sector such as undergrowth, gentian and coffee powder stand out as expected. On the palate it is rich, very balanced and elegant with the perlage that caresses the mouth. Long finish with biscuit aromas.

Vintage 2004: The Perlé Ferrari Trento DOC 2004 has a beautiful intense golden yellow with a persistent and dense perlage. On the nose, toasted notes such as almonds and then vanilla, corn cake and licorice. On the palate a nice freshness stands out with an aromatic sesame finish leaving the palate a good flavor.

Vintage 2006: The Perlé Ferrari Trento DOC 2006 has a deep golden yellow with a persistent but fine and pleasant perlage. On the nose there are brackish aromas, iodine, yellow pulp fruit and dried papaya and finally licorice. The salinity that accompanies good acidity persists on the palate and completes the sublime taste.
