Kleinstein Chardonnay

Kleinstein Chardonnay from the Kellerei Bozen winery is produced with Chardonnay grapes is produced with grapes grown at 500 meters above sea level, on the slopes overlooking Bolzano. The harvest takes place in the second half of September and the grapes undergo soft pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are carried out partly in steel, partly in wood; the wine then ages on the fine lees in steel vats.

Kleinstein Chardonnay produced by the Kellerei Bozen winery has a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the aromas are fruity, banana, pineapple, mango and melon with floral notes and cinnamon. On the palate it has a fresh and acidic taste with mineral notes.
