Noir Rosé

The Opera winery was born in Trentino in the village of Giovo in Val di Cembra in 2006, thanks to the intent of a group of friends to enhance the excellent terroir of the area, particularly suitable for the cultivation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This was how Alfio Garzetti, Bruno Zanoletti and Marcello Rosa have renovated the ancient Napoleone Rossi Cellars dating back to the 19th century, bringing it back to life, renewed and equipped with the most modern technologies useful for the production of quality wine. The Cembra Valley is renowned for its 400 km of dry stone walls that delimit 600 hectares of vineyards that extend on steep slopes, and are characterized by the excellent climatic exposure to the south and east which allows the perfect ripening of the bunches. The sparkling wines produced by Opera quickly conquered the Italian and international market with their full and enveloping fruity taste.

Opera Noir Trento DOC is produced with pinot noir grapes grown in the best vineyards of the Cembra Valley at an altitude of approximately 550 meters above sea level.

Opera Noir Trento DOC has a beautiful bright pink with a fine and persistent perlage and a complex nose with fresh notes of red fruit such as currants, blackberries, berries and then dog rose. On the palate, good acidity and structure with aromas of dried figs and rhododendron honey and a long finish aided by an interesting minerality.
