Riesling

The white Resling Falkenstein is the wine of a careful selection of grapes which, together with the late ripening, the particularly favorable climate and the prosperous 2012 vintage, make this wine with particular and marked aromas of the territory of origin, South Tyrol, a product of excellence to be discovered.
The vinification takes place through fermentation in acacia wood barrels, aging on lees for 10 months and bottling.

The result is a straw-yellow colored product that contains numerous fruity notes of lemon, peach and apricot for an overall fresh taste and a long and elegant finish.
