Elena Walch is a family-run company that has inherited the ancient knowledge of viticulture in one of the areas of Alto Adige with a high wine vocation, interpreting the identity of a wonderful territory. The excellent exposure of the vineyards and the favorable climatic conditions of the area, combined with the care for the vineyard and an eco-sustainable approach, give life to bottles that have earned over the years the appreciation of wine lovers internationally.

The Elena Walch Pinot Grigio is produced according to accurate techniques that involve the soft pressing of the grapes, whose must is then fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Aging takes place on its own yeasts in steel containers for several months. What is striking about this Pinot Grigio is undoubtedly its full-bodied structure and persistence on the palate out of the ordinary.
