Lagrein Rosé

The Tramin winery is the "wonderland" of South Tyrolean viticulture: a vast collection of whites and reds deriving from native vines grown with sun and passion that meet the needs of all palates. The extraordinary nature of these wines lies in the ability to enclose the individual varietal characteristics of the grapes, a strong personality and, at the same time, the balance and freshness typical of Alto Adige wines; a bouquet of unique characteristics capable of intoxicating the palate. Gewürztraminer, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero are the soul of Tramin products.

Lagrein Rosé Tramin is a classic from South Tyrol. The grapes come from vineyards that extend on hills contiguous to the mountain, at an altitude between 250 and 400 m asl, on calcareous soils with a clayey, gravelly and sandy conformation, subjected to strong thermal excursions due to hot days, influenced by the Mediterranean climate, and cold nights with very cool winds coming from the mountains. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and placed in small containers that keep them intact. The de-stemmed grapes enjoy a night in contact with the skins and the juice is extracted the next morning. Subsequently, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature (20-22 ° C) in small steel containers without malolactic fermentation.

Lagrein Rosé Tramin has a bright color, ranging from pale pink to light ruby ​​red. On the nose a fruity and delicate aroma that stretches on the palate with a fresh and stimulating flavor.
