Brut Metodo Classico

The Opera winery was born in Trentino in the village of Giovo in Val di Cembra in 2006, thanks to the intent of a group of friends to enhance the excellent terroir of the area, particularly suitable for the cultivation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This was how Alfio Garzetti, Bruno Zanoletti and Marcello Rosa have renovated the ancient Napoleone Rossi Cellars dating back to the 19th century, bringing it back to life, renewed and equipped with the most modern technologies useful for the production of quality wine. The Cembra Valley is renowned for its 400 km of dry stone walls that delimit 600 hectares of vineyards that extend on steep slopes, and are characterized by the excellent climatic exposure to the south and east which allows the perfect ripening of the bunches. The sparkling wines produced by Opera quickly conquered the Italian and international market with their full and enveloping fruity taste.

The Chardonnay grapes from which this extraordinary Brut Metodo Classico is obtained are carefully selected from the best, and vinified to produce a sparkling wine with an extraordinary romatic breadth. Elegant and refined, it is perfect for an aperitif or a complete fish-based meal.
