Viàch is a Müller Thurgau that ripens with the sun at midday. The vineyard is a hymn to peasant ingenuity and tenacity. Retrieved with a club and pickaxe from the mountain is a continuum of terraces and dry stone walls that follow the twisted course of the ridge.

Specification

Made from Müller Thurgau grapes from the vineyard of the same name, it ages in steel on the fine lees for about eight months. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it shows both the white fruit note of the pear and the floral notes of jasmine and lily of the valley that give freshness. The taste is sapid, progressive with a tasty and persistent finish.
