Kerner

The Gilfenstein winery was founded in Alto Adige with the intention of enhancing the winemaking tradition of this area, a heritage to be valued and preserved. From here, constant care in the pursuit of excellence, with the sole aim of producing excellent quality wines representing the uniqueness of the vineyards from which they come.

The vines from which this Kerner is produced are grown on pithy alluvial soils and with a rich mineral composition at 700 meters above sea level. Once matured, the grapes are kept in a controlled atmosphere to guarantee their aromatic component, while fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16 ° C. A wine expression of the terroir of origin with that typical mineral note that envelops the palate.
