Corvée is a French term that was used in feudalism to indicate a free job by the vassal for his master. The many hours of work of the vassals of the Cembra Valley in Trentino are due to the 400 km of terraces of dry porphyry walls that delimit a wonderful territory from the 250 meters of altitude of Mosana to the 1000 meters of Faver. Within this portion of land, the 14 hectares of vineyards of the Corvée winery extend, born with the idea of ​​expressing the best of the potential of plants grown with environmental sustainability criteria and respect for traditions, useful for producing excellent wines in the DOC of Trentino, in many ways still unexpressed. Ambitious but successful project.

The vineyard called Cór by the Cembra winemakers from which this 100% Pinot Blanc is obtained, is perched 500 meters above sea level on the sunny side of Monte Pincaldo. The high temperatures, the attitude and the soil rich in porphyry, sandy and draining, represent the ideal conditions for an excellent white wine. The grapes are harvested manually in the second half of September, followed by the static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and aging on the lees in French oak barrels for about 8 months, with further aging in bottle of about 6 months before marketing. An excellent white wine made with the heart.
