Villa Rinaldi is the Italian Maison that represents the excellence of Sparkling wines, with a personal style, animated by great creativity, which in particular since the 1960s has been able to reinterpret ancient traditions such as aging in French barriques and dégorgement à la volée, applied to varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Atesini. In one hundred years of history, virtuous practices and great skill in producing wines that seduce fans with inimitable fragrances and aromas, the result of passion, time and secrets kept from father to son, have been handed down from generation to generation.

Cuvée Ultra Brut is a Classic Method millesimè 2009, which is aged in barriques with zero roasting from the French Central Massif for 36 months. It matures 72 months on its lees. A strong personality wine, ideal with exotic dishes, sushi and fish tartare.
